Greater Noida West 2BHK: Godrej, ATS, Gaursons opinions?

I'm looking at Godrej, ATS, and Gaursons for a 2BHK in Greater Noida West. My main concern is long-term construction quality and post-possession maintenance charges. For those living there 2-3 years, what's the reality? Your honest experiences would be greatly appreciated.
