Greater Noida West: Good Investment or Overhyped?

Hey guys, I'm thinking of investing in Greater Noida West. What's your take on the connectivity now that the metro is expanding? Has anyone experienced issues with waterlogging there? Also, property prices seem high - is it worth the investment considering the ROI? Which builder would you recommend in that area? Mujhe advice chahiye. Thanks!
