Greater Noida West: Seeking quiet, avoiding surprises

Since my kids moved out last year, we're finally selling our big house and looking for a compact 2BHK in Greater Noida West. Honestly, we just want something manageable, with good society and elevator access. My main concern is the actual daily-life experience there. Is it peaceful for an older couple? We need easy access to good hospitals, so any recommendations on areas with decent medical facilities nearby would be great. Also, what's the deal with maintenance charges? Are they reasonable, or do RWAs just keep hiking them up without much to show for it? We're trying to keep recurring costs low. Any experiences or advice would be super helpful.
