Visited a few 2BHKs in Greater Noida West last weekend. My kids have moved out, so we're selling our big house and want something smaller, manageable, with an elevator. Prices there are definitely appealing, especially compared to central Noida, for a good 2BHK or even a compact 3BHK. But honestly, the ground reality for daily life... not sure. I saw some nice societies, but outside the gates, it felt a bit isolated. Commute times to hospitals or even decent markets look long, and the area still feels very sparse in some pockets, yaar. Brochures always show the future, not what's there now. Is the actual livability okay for someone our age? How's the maintenance, and are there good societies with a decent community vibe already?

But the prices are a big draw, no? For a 2BHK, central Noida mein toh sochna bhi mushkil hai. I saw some flats in Alist
Totally agree with your take, yaar! I visited Gaur City 2 a few months back, and while the apartments were nice, the drive there felt so desolate. Like you said, brochures always paint a rosy picture. My main concern is safety and access to good hospitals for elders. It's a big decision, not just about price.
