₹35k rent for a 2BHK in Sector 150 is just too much, yaar. Fed up of renting, my landlord raised it again, so I'm finally taking the plunge and looking to buy in Greater Noida. Honestly, I'm not sure if it's still a good time? Prices have already gone up so much, especially with Jewar Airport and FNG Expressway buzz. Has Greater Noida's property market peaked already, ya abhi bhi growth potential hai? My budget is around ₹80-90L for a 2BHK. Should I look into Noida Extension or maybe Sector 107? Builders like Godrej or ATS ka track record kaisa hai delays ke mamle mein for under-construction projects? I'm worried about RERA issues. Any advice on which sectors are still good for investment, considering appreciation and rental yields, ya kahin I'm buying at the top?
