CPA Developers ke projects dekhe hain. Builder jo price quote karte hain, usme stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking sab milake kitna extra lagta hai? My budget ₹70-80L. Aur possession ke time koi hidden charges bhi aate hain kya? Construction-linked payment plan ya down payment, which is better? Kya strategy sahi hai for a first-time buyer?
