Is the under-construction risk for Sattva Bliss really worth it compared to a ready place like Green Cascade? Kids have moved out, so I'm looking for something manageable, maybe a 2BHK. Green Cascade is ready, but Sattva Bliss feels newer. What are the real maintenance costs for Green Cascade? And how about hospital access from both? Worried about under-construction delays.
Been tracking Bangalore real estate for a while, and now I'm seriously considering Green Cascade for an investment. I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK or a larger unit there. Since it's completed, I'm wondering about the actual capital appreciation potential. Has the price really moved significantly since launch? What kind of rental yield are investors actually getting in that area for a 3BHK? Is the resale market active, or will it be tough to exit in 5-7 years? Trying to gauge if the current pricing, even for a completed project, offers good long-term ROI. Is this premium justified?
