Green space reality vs brochure photos in Delhi projects
Visited The Kings Homes last weekend, checking out 3BHK options. Honestly, the brochures show these amazing sprawling green spaces, but on site, it felt like a postage stamp of grass squeezed between towers. I'm currently in a 2BHK in South Delhi and thinking of upgrading, but I'm not sure if the price jump is worth it for such token 'green' areas. The children's play area looked like an afterthought, just a couple of swings stuck in a corner. Is this the norm now? Are developers just ticking boxes? Already have a home loan, so every extra lakh has to count. Has anyone else felt this way about promised landscaping versus actual usable space?

Totally relate! Mera bhi same experience raha hai. Developers bas marketing ke liye badi-badi photos laga dete hain. Jab site visit karte hain toh reality kuch aur hi hoti hai. I saw a project near Anand Vihar, brochure mein swimming pool ke saath pura resort vibes tha, but actual mein ek chota sa splash pool tha aur surrounding area was just concrete. Bahut frustrating hota hai as a first-time buyer.
Haan bilkul, green space toh bas naam ka hota hai. I visited a couple of places in Alaknanda and even there, the 'garden' was just a strip of grass. Builders simply want to maximize construction area. The Kings Homes ka price range toh ₹1.2 Cr – ₹6.0 Cr hai, which is huge for what they're offering, especially if
Sahi keh rahe ho. The Kings Homes mein 3BHK ka exact price range kya bataya unhone? Mera bhi budget bahut tight hai, aur agar green space aur amenities ka ye haal hai, toh itna paisa kyu kharch karna?
