Been in this business for years, but buying for myself is a whole different ball game. I'm checking Golden Avenue Premium Floors in Ghaziabad. Builders green areas ka bahut bolte hain, but actual mein kitna usable open space milta hai? Just landscaped patches, or genuinely green? Also, water supply ka kya scene hai? Tanker pe depend karna padta hai ya reliable hai? Real feel kaisa hai wahan rehne ka, honestly batao.

Exactly! With only
Sahi baat hai. Golden Avenue mein, green space ke naam pe bas entrance pe thodi landscaping hai. Usable park ya kids play area jaisa kuch nahi hai. It's mostly just decorative, don't expect much.
