Brochure mein bade-bade green areas dikhate hain, but practical mein kya? Just moved into Lodha Codename Sarjapur a few months back. Dekha toh landscaping ka upkeep cost bahut hai, aur actual usable space kam. Does this really help attract good tenants or give better resale value for investors? Mujhe toh lagta hai, it's more about ticking a box. Same with security systems; CCTV toh hain, but guard quality aur visitor management mein flaws hain. Maintenance charges badhte jaate hain, but service quality utni nahi. Change my mind.

Totally agree, bhai. Lodha Sarjapur ka brochure dekh ke laga tha, but yeh maintenance charge sun ke darr lag raha hai. Kya fayda itni greenery ka agar pocket khali ho jaaye?
Haan sahi pakda hai. Hum jaise first-time buyers ke liye yeh hidden costs aur maintenance charges budget pura hila dete hain. ₹1.8 Cr already high lag raha hai, upar se yeh sab. Builder transparency zero hai.
