Kids have moved out, so I'm selling our big house for a smaller, manageable flat, maybe in Paradise Enclave. But I'm really worried about the actual open space. Brochures mein toh green areas bahut dikhate hain, par real mein kya woh bas show ke liye hain? Does it feel like proper open space to walk around, ya just small patches? I don't want cramped towers. Also, parking ka kya scene hai wahan? We might have a second car sometimes, aur visitors ke liye parking mil jaati hai kya? Or is it a daily struggle for residents? I'm looking for a peaceful, well-managed society. Any experiences with this in Paradise Enclave ya similar societies? Is the promised green cover actually delivered?

Bhai, aapki baat bilkul sahi hai. Yeh Paradise Enclave ho ya koi aur naya project New Chandigarh mein, green space ke naam pe bas thodi ghaas aur do-chaar ped laga dete hain. Brochures mein toh jannat dikhate hain, par reality mein itna congested hota hai ki walk karne ki jagah hi nahi milti. Mera friend Mullanpur Garibdass mein ek project dekh raha tha, same problem. Lagta hai builders bas formality karte hain green cover ke naam pe.
