Do project green areas ever live up to brochure photos in Delhi? I'm currently in a 2BHK, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Happy Homes jaise projects mein bade lawns dikhate hain, but is it real ya bas ek chhota sa patch for show? My kids need proper open space, not just decorative plants. Not sure if the premium for 'green amenities' is worth it agar sirf dikhawe ke liye ho. My tip: always check actual usable area during site visits, not just the brochure's green percentage. It's often just a boundary. Hope this helps.

Yaar, you hit the nail on the head! I visited a project near Anand Vihar last
Totally agree with you, bhai! This is my biggest concern too. Har brochure mein resort jaisa dikhate hain, but reality mein bas ek chhota sa lawn hota hai. My budget is tight, so I really don't want to pay extra for something that's just for show. Happy Homes ka naam toh suna hai, but never checked their green spaces closely.
Meri ek friend ne Ansal Villas mein liya tha, wahan bhi green area ke naam pe kuch khaas nahi mila. Bachhon ke liye toh playground bhi chhota sa tha. Bahut disappointing.
Haan yaar, exactly! Builders ka yeh sab marketing gimmick hota hai. Paisa waste.
