Altus Ecoglades — marketing brochures mein green areas dikhate hain, but reality kya hai? I'm fed up of renting, finally taking the plunge. Investor hoon, so future resale value matter karti hai. Aise cramped green patches se kya tenant attract honge? Or is it just a gimmick for premium pricing? Others ka experience kaisa hai?
