Budget finalised, loan pre-approved – now I'm seriously trying to find a solid investment in Delhi. Initially looked at a few under-construction spots but decided against the risk. Green Valley Affordable Livings caught my eye since it's completed, so no possession worries, thankfully. But I'm wondering if the capital appreciation potential is still there, or if I missed the boat. Has anyone seen decent price movement here post-completion? Also, what's the actual rental yield people are getting? Builders always inflate those numbers, you know. I just want real ground-level insights for long-term ROI.

Bhai, Green Valley Livings ka naam sunke laga tha ki achha option hoga, completed bhi hai. But post-completion appreciation ka kya scene hai? Meri family bol rahi hai ki ab toh boat nikal gayi hogi. Koi real data hai kya price movement pe?
Sahi keh rahe ho. Completion ke baad appreciation thodi slow ho jaati hai. Aur isme toh total units bhi sirf 7 hain, liquidity ka issue ho sakta hai.
