Visited Green Valley Nest. Everyone talks about its low entry price, but I'm skeptical about real capital appreciation and rental yield. Is the resale market liquid for this completed project? Change my mind.

Bhai, I had the same doubt. ₹24-60L for just 7 units? Sounds exclusive but also risky for resale. Koi idea hai Alaknanda ya Anand Niketan mein aise small projects ka kya haal hai?

Exactly! Alaknanda mein ek project dekha tha, similar setup. Builder ne bol diya RERA not required kyunki 7 units hain. Phir baad mein paper work mein problem aayi thi. Be careful with these small ones.
