Completed projects at this price often have a catch, but Green View Apartment And Villas in Ghaziabad looks good. I'm eyeing a 2 BHK. My main worry is actual livability and the society vibe. Are schools, markets nearby? What about monthly maintenance charges, real figure kya hai? Parents say ready-to-move is safer than under-construction, but I'm nervous about hidden issues or a bad community. Current residents, please share your honest experience.

Bhai, your parents are absolutely right. Ready-to-move is safer, but Green View ka price dekh ke I'm also skeptical. ₹27-40L for a completed project in Ghaziabad sounds almost too good to be true, especially since the possession was in Jan 2023. My biggest red flag is the 'RERA Not Applicable' status. How can a project completed in 2023 not have a RERA number? Is this some old scheme or kya chakkar hai? This needs serious investigation.
