Greens The Platinum: My honest take on daily living
Been paying rent for almost 6 years now, aur ab bas ho gaya. Landlord ne phir rent badha diya, so finally taking the plunge to buy something. Ghaziabad mein Greens The Platinum dekh raha hun, price range theek lag rahi hai. Jo log wahan rehte hain, batao yaar, daily life ke liye kaisa hai? Sirf paper pe accha hai ya sach mein living experience sahi hai? Neighbourhood mein schools aur markets kitne paas hain? Aur society ka vibe kaisa hai, friendly community hai ya sab apne mein rehte hain? Not sure if amenities are actually useful ya sirf show-off hain. Should I consider it seriously for family living?

Bhai, sahi decision hai! Rent pe rehna is like throwing money away. Greens The Platinum ka location toh Achchheja ke paas hai, connectivity wise theek lagta hai. My cousin looked at it too, but he found a place in Ahinsa Khand II instead. Amenities ka toh pata nahi, but price range for a completed project is decent if they offer good value. Family ke liye schools aur daily needs shops toh important hain.
