Greens The Platinum delivery timeline is a joke, honestly. Builder ne jo promises kiye the, sab hawa mein hain. I work in real estate, pata hai marketing spin kya hota hai, but yeh toh next level hai. Anyone facing similar delays? Meri ROI calculations hil gayi hain, not sure what to expect ab.

Yaar, totally feeling this. I booked a 2BHK here, thinking it was a good investment, but ab toh lagta hai phas gaya. The RERA number UPRERAPRJ6564 is there, but what's the point if they don't stick to the original possession date of Feb 2018? We're talking years of delay! My whole financial planning for the next 5 years was based on that ROI, but with these delays, it's just burning a hole in my pocket with rent and EMIs.
