Honestly, I'm finding this downsizing more stressful than I thought. Looking at Greno Green Residency, since it's completed. For empty nesters, is it genuinely good for daily living? What are the *actual* monthly maintenance charges? Also, how close are reliable hospitals and markets? Don't want to regret this move.
Okay I'll be honest — I work in real estate, but my own investment makes me super paranoid. Greno Green Residency completed hai, price point theek lag raha. But I'm hearing investor ratio kaafi high hai. Matlab, ghost society banne ka risk hai kya? Koi rehta bhi hai wahan ya sab rental pe hai? Log bolte hain rental yield achha milta hai, but actual kitna expect kar sakte hain? Resale market kitna liquid hai? 5 saal baad exit karna ho toh buyer milenge kya? Sab bas 'potential' pe bikwa dete hain, practical ground reality kya hai? Change my mind.
Greno Green Residency — Been eyeing this one for my own flat. I work in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ballgame. Builders ki marketing toh I know, but Greno Green, is it genuinely good for daily living? Ya sirf paper pe achha lagta hai? Neighbourhood mein schools, hospitals, markets ka kya scene hai? And carpet area efficiency kaisi hai? For ₹89L-₹1.37 Cr, I need honest opinions on actual livability, not just brochures.
After 7 years of renting, I'm finally taking the plunge. My landlord hiked rent again, so I'm done. Looking at completed projects in Greater Noida: Greno Green Residency and Rudransh Green Vista. Greno Green seems pricier. Is its total cost of ownership actually better though, considering maintenance, stamp duty, and any hidden charges for ready flats? Rudransh looks more affordable upfront. Which has better 2BHK rental potential? Also, do either have strong RWAs or lingering post-possession issues, even if complete?
