Bhai, 1.5 Cr for a 3BHK in Griha Pravesh? Thoda zyada nahi lag raha? Completed project hai, but still. Noida mein aur bhi options mil jaayenge is budget mein, especially around Alpha I Greater Noida. Check other projects there for better value.
Totally agree with you! Noida ka market abhi thoda slow hai, especially for resale. 1.5 Cr mein you can find much better deals in areas like Alpha-II Commercial Belt with newer amenities.
