₹90 lakh for a 3BHK in Indirapuram's resale market feels like a lot, honestly. My family is growing, so we need more space, aur kids ke school ki wajah se Indirapuram ya Vaishali hi dekh rahe hain. Is the resale market healthy right now, ya sellers demanding too much? Matlab, kya abhi bhi end-use ke liye resale deals achhi mil sakti hain? I'm looking at some older projects by Shipra ya Gaurs, but maintenance ka issue sunte hain. Should I stretch for a new one in Crossings Republik or Raj Nagar Extension instead, jahaan maybe infrastructure like Delhi-Meerut Expressway ka benefit milega? Ya established areas mein resale mein bhi value mil sakti hai? Thoda confusion hai.
