GTM Residency Tower: Is the 'premium' just marketing?

₹1.18 Cr for GTM Residency Tower? Everyone glorifies the location, but honestly, are the amenities even worth it? I'm currently in a 2BHK and thinking of upgrading, but this price for a completed project feels like you're paying for fancy brochures, not actual livability. Is it genuinely a good home, or just another Gurgaon project on paper? Change my mind.
