Oh god, this is exactly my fear! I was looking at Gulmohar Enclave, the location is great but the price range (₹1.4 Cr – ₹22.0 Cr) is so wide, it makes me nervous. Seepage just after 3 months is a huge red flag. Is this a common issue with this builder or just this project? Planning to buy my first home, don't want to regret it.
