Rental yield ki toh chodo, pehle ye batao 'completed' bol rahe hain aur possession 2024 end mein? Kya scene hai? Builder ne phir se date extend kar diya lol. Sounds fishy to me.
Sahi baat hai, U1! Itne mein toh achha rental yield expect karna mushkil hai. Noida mein luxury rentals ka market abhi bhi limited hai. Log prefer karte hain lower ticket size rentals.
