Found this video on Gulshan Dynasty in Noida. The apartment shown is apparently 8.5 Cr. That's a huge amount! I'm wondering if this kind of pricing makes sense for long-term appreciation or rental yield here. Seems pretty steep for Noida, tbh. Has anyone here looked into its investment potential?
