Came across a video showing a Gulshan Dynasty apartment in Noida. The price tag for one unit was mentioned as 8.5 Cr, which seems pretty wild for an apartment, even a luxury one. I'm honestly trying to wrap my head around that. It looked good, sure, but 8.5 Cr? Are these kinds of prices becoming the norm for luxury projects in Noida, or is this specific to Gulshan Dynasty? What do you guys think about the value and ROI at this level?
