U3, exactly! I checked the RERA portal for Gulshan Dynasty (UPRERAPRJ950870) and the official price range is listed as ₹8.9 Cr. to ₹8.9 Cr. So, that 8.5 Cr in the video might even be a 'deal' compared to the official rate! This project is indeed completed, but possession date is still showing as 2024-11-
