Gulshan Homz projects in Vasundhara are just too cramped for a family with two kids. We're currently in a 2BHK there and it's barely working. My wife's priority is a bigger 3BHK, ideally in Indirapuram or maybe Raj Nagar Extension, considering school admissions. We're looking at around ₹90L-₹1.1Cr, but not sure if the appreciation potential for 3BHKs in these areas is still good. With the Metro Red Line extension and Delhi-Meerut Expressway, will these areas really see significant growth, or are other spots like Crossings Republik a better bet for a family home plus decent returns later? What's everyone's experience?
