Hey guys, I'm considering Gulshan Homz for a property in Noida, maybe Gulshan Botnia. What do you think of their construction quality? Has anyone experienced delays with their projects? Are their amenities actually worth the price? Which builder offers better value for money, considering the sqft rate? Kya aap logon ko pata hai about their after-sales service? Mujhe advice chahiye!
