My power of attorney ready, but stuck on Ghaziabad builders. Everyone glorifies Gulshan Homz's luxury, especially Vasundhara, but their RERA compliance aur post-sales support ka kya scene hai? I hear Mahagun's quality is better. Can't visit, so need ground reality. Disagree? Tell me why.
