Gulshan Vivante's family-friendly image is just marketing.
Kids' school admission is coming up, so we're seriously looking for a new home in Greater Noida. Gulshan Vivante (completed) looks good on paper, but I'm wondering about actual daily life there. My wife's main priority is a safe neighbourhood and good schools nearby for our children. Is the area around Gulshan Vivante genuinely good for families? Like, are there decent markets and hospitals close by, ya phir sab bahut door hai? Also, amenities ka kya haal hai? Swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, yeh sab actually well-maintained hain or just for show? We need at least a 3BHK. Is it truly a good, settled community, or still feels a bit isolated? Any current residents, please share your honest experiences. Should we consider this for long-term family living?
