Visited a couple of projects near Gunjur Village last Sunday, honestly trying to understand the infra impact. Metro Phase 3 extension kaafi hype mein hai udhar, but is that real appreciation or just builder marketing? Prices for a 2BHK are already ₹90L ke upar. Is it too late to find affordable options near these upcoming projects, ya abhi bhi koi investment window hai? Also, Metro ka timeline kitna realistic hai? I'm worried about delays affecting ROI. Any thoughts on specific areas near Peripheral Ring Road or Airport T2 jo abhi bhi under-rated hain?

Exactly my thoughts. I'm also a first-time buyer and this budget is really stretching it. Is there any hope left near Gunjur or maybe slightly off the main road but still benefiting from the infra? Like, what about Aavalahalli side? Has anyone checked prices
Bhai, 90L for a 2BHK in Gunjur? That's insane! Metro ka toh pata nahi kab tak aayega, tab tak toh interest pe interest lag jayega.
