Gunpura flat mein unexpected charges ka kya karein?

Okay I'll be honest — I just got possession of my 2BHK in Gunpura last month. Builder ne final bill mein itne hidden charges daal diye. PLC, IFMS, OC ke naam pe ₹3L extra maang liye. Pehle toh bataya hi nahi tha. Is this normal for Noida Extension? Yaar, yeh all-in cost ka breakdown pehle kyun nahi milta? Isme kuch negotiation ho sakta tha kya?
