Gunpura RWA charges are getting out of hand, honestly.

I work in real estate but buying for myself in Gunpura is a different ballgame. The RWA charges here feel like a complete rip-off. We pay so much, yet monsoon waterlogging is still a nightmare in many pockets near my project. My building's DG backup also feels super unreliable, frankly. Is anyone else facing this? What's the actual vibe of daily life for long-term residents here? Should I push back on these maintenance costs or is it just how things are now in Noida Extension?
