Gurgaon 2026: Next big appreciation areas?

Honestly, predicting Gurgaon's market for 2026 is tough. I'm in a 2BHK in DLF Phase 3, thinking of upgrading to a 3BHK. Prices abhi bohot high lag rahe. Is this growth sustainable ya correction aayega? Dwarka Expressway ya Golf Course Extension mein invest karna sahi hoga for next 2 years for good appreciation?
