Gurgaon 2026: What builders aren't saying about future prices

Visited a few plots in Patel Nagar last week. Bhai, I'm in real estate but buying for myself is a whole different ball game. Prices in GGN have shot up, especially around Dwarka Expressway. My worry is, yeh current price rise sustainable hai kya for 2026? Ya phir correction aayega? Builders are quoting crazy numbers. Which 3 areas do you guys think will actually give maximum appreciation in the next 2 years? Not just builder marketing hype, real ground reality batao.
