Gurgaon mein all-in cost samajhna bahut mushkil ho gaya hai, honestly. Kids ab settle ho gaye hain, toh humein ab itna bada ghar nahi chahiye. Existing property sell karke kuch manageable dekh rahe hain, jisme lift aur hospital paas ho. But yaar, builders jo price quote karte hain, uske upar kitna extra lagta hai? Matlab, stamp duty, registration, PLC, parking – yeh sab toh pata hai. But possession ke time aur kya-kya hidden charges aate hain? Like, Roots Developers ke projects mein, ya Sector 33 side, people say there are so many last-minute surprises. Kya kisi ko actual breakdown pata hai? Should I factor in another 10-15% for these 'surprises'? Don't want any last minute jhatka. Budget tight hai after selling the old house.

10-15% toh bahut kam bol rahe ho aap. Gurgaon mein builders last minute par convenience charges, club membership, IFMS (Interest Free Maintenance Security), power backup installation, electricity meter charges – pata nahi kya-kya laga dete hain. Maine suna hai
Bhai, exactly mera bhi yahi haal hai! Yeh 'all-inclusive' bolte hain but it's never really all-inclusive. Aapki baat sunke laga, main akela nahi jo tension mein hai.
