Gurgaon builder hidden charges are outrageous

₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK. M3M Antalya Hills 3 aur Whiteland Blissville Phase 2 mein hidden charges (PLC, IFMS) total cost of ownership bahut badha rahe hain. Is this normal ya builders loot rahe hain?

Bhai, hidden charges kya matlab? PLC aur IFMS toh almost sab projects mein hote hain, they are standard. Aapko aur kya extra laga jo outrageous hai? Kya base price itself bahut high hai ya yeh charges usko sky-rocket kar rahe hain?

Totally agree with you! Yeh builders ka toh ab common ho gaya hai, pehle price kam dikhate hain aur baad mein itne saare charges add kar dete hain. Sirf M3M hi nahi, almost sabhi yahi kar rahe hain.
