Gurgaon builders don't actually negotiate much, do they? Everyone talks about bargaining, but I'm looking at Smartworld projects and it feels like 'spot discount' is just a marketing gimmick. I'm trying to upgrade from my 2BHK; is there any real room to move on price beyond basic schemes? Change my mind.

Totally agree! Smartworld ka toh fixed price lagta hai. I asked for a better deal on one of their Sector 61 projects, but they just kept pushing 'limited period offers'. It'
