Aaj tak swimming pool mein paani nahi bhara aur gym ke machines rusted pade hain. Maintenance charges they collect religiously though. It's a real struggle to get anything fixed. This 'luxury living' promise is just marketing, the ground reality is different. Be very careful with these promises.
