Gurgaon builders' carpet area claims are a joke

Honestly, I'm still feeling a bit duped after moving into my new flat in Hayatpur. My possession was in March, aur ab jab actually reh rahe hain, the carpet area feels so much smaller than what the 'super area' numbers suggested. AVL Infrastructure ne toh pura game khela. Builders inflate numbers like crazy, making you think you're getting more space per sqft. Is it just me, ya sabke saath aisa hota hai? How do you guys verify the actual carpet area before signing? This super area trap is real, especially for end-users.
