Been looking at 3BHKs on Golf Course Extension Road for months now. I'm in a 2BHK in Sector 63, thinking of upgrading. Builders like Yash Properties quote high. Do they actually negotiate on price, ya fir sab fixed hai? Matlab, kitna discount expect kar sakte hain Gurgaon mein? All-in cost mein stamp duty ke alawa aur kya hidden charges hote hain?
