Gurgaon builders fail on post-possession quality checks

Are builders in Gurgaon even doing proper snag lists before possession? I'm based in Dubai and looking at Laburnum Victory Floors 88A for investment. My biggest worry is construction quality. Matlab, will I get a flat with hidden cracks, seepage, ya loose fittings? Can't do a site inspection myself easily, so rely on community feedback. How bad are the issues typically, aur kitna time lagta hai to fix them? Any specific experience with this project? Trying to avoid a maintenance nightmare and tenant complaints later. What did others do from abroad?
