₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK in Sector 88B feels high for a family. NBCC projects mein negotiation kitni possible hai? Kids ke school ke liye safety important hai. Builders all-in cost mein kitna hide karte hain, like PLC?

Totally agree, bhai. Ye 'fixed price' toh bas kehne ki baat hai. Sector 88B mein ₹1.8 Cr for a 3BHK is insane, especially NBCC jaise government entity ke liye. Kitna chupaate hain yeh log extra charges mein!
