Okay I'll be honest — super area vs carpet area ka game samajh nahi aa raha. Vohra Estate Sector 36A mein 3BHK dekh raha hu for upgrade. Builders super area bada batate hain, but carpet area hardly badhta. Yeh normal hai kya? Kitna difference acceptable hai? Is that price jump for 'bigger' worth it? Koi tips to check this properly? Thanks!

Bhai, ye toh har jagah ka scene hai. Vohra Estate ka toh pata nahi, but main jab Sector 79 mein dekh raha tha, same cheez thi. Super area bolte the 1800 sqft, aur carpet area मुश्किल से 1100-1200. Builder ne bola balcony, walls, common area sab count hota hai. Magar itna toh nahi hona chahiye na? Feels like they're selling air at a premium. Bahut irritating hai ye game. Is there any way to legally challenge this huge discrepancy?
