Been looking for 8 months now for a 3BHK on Golf Course Ext. Road. I'm currently in a 2BHK in Sector 65. People talk about initial costs, but post-possession maintenance charges are a huge hidden cost. DLF aur M3M ke projects mein kitna farak hai? Construction quality, especially seepage after a few monsoons, is a real worry. What checks should I do? Hope this helps someone.

Regarding checks, definitely get an independent structural engineer to inspect
