Gurgaon builders: What's real about amenities and finish?

Honestly, I thought buying property was just about the budget, but ab builders ki quality dekh ke dimaag kharab ho raha hai. I'm looking at 2BHKs around Dwarka Expressway, maybe ₹1.5 Cr. DLF, M3M, Godrej sabke projects dekhe hain. But construction quality ko leke bahut stories suni hain, like plaster cracks ya seepage issues after possession. Jo amenities they promise, kya woh actually deliver hote hain? Ya sirf brochures mein hi achhe lagte hain? Has anyone faced major issues with these builders post-possession in New Gurugram?
