Since getting possession of my Ambey Rani flat in Sector 48 last month, I've realized something about payment plans. My builder was self-funded, which meant zero flexibility on the schedule. Things nobody tells you! Did anyone find bank-funded projects offer more leeway or grace periods for EMIs? What's your experience been like?
