Gurgaon clubhouses: Just for show or actually used?

Emperium Titan: Okay, I'll say what no one else says. These fancy clubhouses in Gurgaon projects, especially ones like Emperium Titan, are they actually used? Builder shows off swimming pools, gyms, sab kuchh, but kitne log daily use karte hain? My parents keep saying it's just a maintenance charge burden later. Is it really worth paying for these huge facilities that stay empty? I mean, security aur power backup samajh aata hai, but a ghost clubhouse? Change my mind.
