₹1.8 Cr for my 3BHK in Sector 49, but the construction-linked payment plan was a learning curve. Interest cost on those delayed payments really adds up, nobody tells you that upfront. Should've gone with down payment, I think.

Totally relate! Meri bhi haalat kharab ho gayi thi construction-linked mein. Lagta hai sab builders ki yahi strategy hoti hai, hidden costs itne hote hain. Budget pura hil jaata hai. I wish I had known this earlier.

Haan bhai, same experience! Badshahpur mein ek project liya tha, they kept delaying and interest kept piling up.
