Golden Valley ka construction quality sab bolte hain acha hai, but real mein after 1-2 saal kya haal hota hai? I'm fed up of renting, so buying. Clubhouse bhi sirf brochure mein solid lagta hai ya actually use hota hai? Maintenance charges bhi worth it hote hain kya?
